Lot Reservations:
- Make valid for up to 7 business days
- The following must be executed and complete: Mandatory
Agency Disclosure, Property Transfer Notification Certification (lead
paint)
- Solid preapproval letter (which would also detail
any pertinent terms & conditions as best as could be)
- Check for $1,000.00 made payable to Century 21
Travis Realty, Inc.
- Additional details may be included on a 'Contract
to Purchase Real Estate' form or similar
- The Developer has requested that Maureen Roberts
review all lot reservations to expedite all timely, prior to setting
up any meeting for review (please leave a message at X 123)
Home Sale Contingencies:
Please provide as much information as possible. If you are to list the
home, you should have the executed Mandatory Agency Disclosure, a copy
of the CMA presented and any other pertinent information as should the
Developer be willing to consider a home contingency, we need to present
all our facts as professionally as possible for his review and discussion.

at Builder's discretion, when necessary to enhance/expedite building process,
improve quality, or correct any design errors. House plans are now being
drawn by the architect and have not yet been finalized for each lot; subject
